Policies for The Villas
Our winter season spans from December 15th to April 14th. Summer season runs from April 15th to December 14th. Rates are quoted in US dollars per room per night, based on double occupancy. Extra person cost is $60/night during the summer and $70/night during the winter. All rates are subject to a 10% service charge and a 10% General Consumption Tax (GCT).

To finalize your booking, we require a minimum two-night deposit (or the full-length of your stay if less than two nights), plus 10% tax and 10% service charge. You will receive a credit card authorization form to fill out and return for your deposit to be processed. Please note your room will not be held without a deposit. We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
If your reservation is canceled 22 days prior to arrival, a full refund will be applied. If cancellation is made 8 to 21 days prior to arrival, we will retain a deposit equivalent to one night; for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival, we will retain a deposit equivalent to three nights.
Photo ID is required at check-in for adults and children (except those under the age of 2). Idle Awhile's The Villas welcomes couples, singles, and families.
Note: Christmas and New Year period (December 24 - January 1) requires minimum seven-night stay; rates are subject to change without notice.
