IDLE AWHILE REOPENS JULY 1, 2020!
We’re thrilled to announce that our three oceanfront luxury resorts will reopen on July 1, 2020! These last few months have taught us many things, but the most important thing we’ve learned is that we’re better when we’re together.
We thrive on the energy and excitement of our guests, and live for the moments we can surprise and delight you - whether it’s breakfast in bed, a round of golf, an island excursion, or simply a romantic candlelit dinner. We can’t wait to welcome you back soon!
From enhanced cleaning procedures to once-in-a-lifetime offers, we’ve been busy preparing for your return. Explore incredible deals, including our 5th Night Free Offer!
Things To Do 72 Hours Prior To Your Trip:
1. Beginning August 20, 2020, all persons visiting Jamaica over who are residents of the United States of America (USA), Brazil, Dominican Republic or Mexico, will be required to obtain a COVID-19 RT-PCR test within 10 days prior to their intended date of travel. The test result must be uploaded as part of the Travel Authorization application process here.*
Up until August 20, the requirement for only residents of Arizona, Florida, New York and Texas to pre-test, will continue to apply.
2. Submit a Non Resident Online Application and receive Travel Authorization. You’ll need to show a printed or electronic copy of your Travel Authorization to an airline agent at check-in or when boarding your flight to Jamaica.
Have a June reservation? Please contact us or your travel professional to revise or cancel your dates without hotel penalty.
On behalf of our entire team, we can’t wait to welcome you back!
Due to an increasingly large call volume, we also recommend filling out the form below. Our reservations team will tend to each request in the order received.
We thank you for your patience during this sensitive time and look forward to assisting with your travel plans.
*The test should be performed at a medical laboratory that is accredited by the relevant national health authorities. For the United States of America, the medical laboratory should be accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP).
